If you find any defects or issues with the product at the time of delivery, you may refuse the item and return it immediately to the delivery person. If the product is accepted after inspection, it is considered delivered in good condition, and the return and exchange policies outlined below will apply.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. The item must not be a final sale item, custom order, or pre-ordered item (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
3. Reasons That Will Not Be Considered for Returns
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons:
You no longer have a use for the product. You have changed your mind about the purchase. Please ensure that you are confident in your decision before completing your purchase, as we cannot process returns or exchanges for the above reasons.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Custom or personalized products. Pre-ordered items, unless they are defective or not as described. Jewelry and intimate accessories for hygiene reasons, unless defective. Gift cards.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect. For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases,
refunds will be made via MFS transfer or bank transfer.

To exchange an item:
